Team Meeting

Location: Rocky Vista University
DPP has a special presentation planned for members at the next Team Meeting, July 21st at Rocky Vista University. Two of our members, Linda Forsyth and Emily Martin, have arranged for a special outreach animal program from Denver Zoo. Members will be introduced to 3 ‘Ambassador’ animals from the Zoo’s education collection. We will learn how the animals are cared for and trained and their important roles in nature. This program helps the Zoo fulfill its mission – “To secure a better world for animals through human understanding.”
The DPP Board hopes you are planning to attend. Family members and friends are also invited. Ice cream treats will be enjoyed by all after the presentation 🙂
*Note – your therapy animals are not allowed at this meeting. It is a Zoo requirement for programs of this sort. Thank you.
